Having two of the scene's most promising up-and-comers on one release, Mainframe Recordings proudly presents a collab that has been largely overdue, with both of them stemming from Austria.

While DubApe isn't exactly new to the business (once-specialized in deep, soulful beats around 140 BPM and enjoying support from Dubstep top dogs like Kenzo and N-Type) he is still on the rise in the Drum & Bass scene.
Phentix recently propelled himself on to major players' watchlists, with releases on Critical, Cyberfunk and Citrus getting A-List support all across the scene, from DJ Hype to Noisia. Take DubApe's decently sculpted soundscapes and powerhouse basslines, take Phentix' vanguard production and his drum's crispy punch - all these come together in perfect synergy.

'Get it' is an upfront slammer that has everything it takes for peaking your prime time rinse-out. 'Silk Road' on the flip side unfolds some wicked shuffle, with a mysteriously reduced soundscape creating rich imagery of long forgotten pathways through endless deserts. Make the crowd stomp, or make it float - this one can do it all.
