We proudly welcome back one of our old friends, Receptor! The very talented young Russian producer has already released two tracks on Mainframe Recordings – First off, his track “Flash To Flash” has been on the flipside of Camo & Krooked’s famous single “Vision” (MFR002) – the second track “Cigarette Lighter” was featured on the “Together EP” with records by the likes of DisasZt, BTK, Ruckus Keepers and others. And now we have a perfect comeback with a 2-track single: “Crossover/Okay” – A great mix between dark, and experimental.
“Crossover”, the single title track is marked by obscure bass lines, quick-fire percussion, striking breaks and finished up by MC Swift’s dusky vocals. The perfect combination for a dark neurofunk track!
On the flipside, “Okay” is a fresh piece of Drum & Bass, influenced by the unique experimental production skills, which Receptor has accomplished during his astonishing career.
